The most racist company I have ever come across. Incompetent fools are given higher positions based on only one qualification: being British; being white also helps. Non-engineers are masquerading as senior engineers and being shielded by higher British staff by assigning important projects. Non-British staff is treated as lower class and given mickey mouse projects t make them look irrelevant. Condescending attitude towards non-British staff. British staff when laid off was awarded gratuity illegally even thought they served less than one year but non-British was denied. List goes on. Sad truth is Atkins goes into the colonial mode in the Middle East, where they know they can get away with it, even though they profess racial equality in England where they can't get away with it. Real test is not when law requires you to be fair, real test is practicing that in an environment that does not have nay checks like in the Middle East.
