      Pros

      Above-average pay, HMO and insurance from Day 1 of employment, probation period is only 3 months, lots of opportunities to learn and be mentored, employee engagement activities are held on a daily basis

      Cons

      Little to no salary increase, promotions are very seldom, poor response to COVID ie. no allowance adjustments or compensation for increasing utility bills at home
