      No longer adopting Australian MNC culture

      Pros

      Australian MNC culture before new management from AECOM joined in Aurecon. Benefits arent great but people are nice.

      Cons

      French management that came from AECOM, so full of themselves. French Regional CFO tries to challenge countries like Indonesia and Thailand's labor law, fired local Finance Managers; and Aurecon ended up suffering the consequences by paying lump sum of compensation to employees that were being laid off. Regional CFO even butts in local countries' admin issues, i.e. went on to scout for office locations without admin committee, says a lot of this person.

      Pros

      Some good people who believe in improving things but are mostly trying to make the best of their situation.

      Cons

      It’s a joke who they put in power to run the place. Management should ask themselves why the turnover is so high. Look at the number of job listings. No one wants to stay after realizing the joke is on them if they choose to stick it out. Lots of empty promises but management just trying to make themselves look good.
