Excellent people up to and including Middle Management and some Senior Management Reasonable pay Transparent feedback and performance review processes Work/Life Balance not a problem if you apply the same levels of concern as corporate leadership do.
Cons
Toxic blame culture actively encouraged by Executive and Senior Management, complete absence of adherence to stated corporate values. Slam dunk harassment and illegal activities by Executives, including HR area, are wilfully ignored. Executive and Senior Management lie to each other and to junior staff on regular basis. Chaotic or non-existent governance builds reliance on people's superhuman efforts to get things done, rather than using standardised repeatable and effective practises that can be measured and improved. CV value of experience inevitably compromised by poor industry reputation.
