By far the worst job I have ever had. No care for their staff whatsoever, and bare minimum care for their service users. Staff turnover was extremely high. I was dismissed due to health reasons. It is the only job I've ever worked which does not provide uninterrupted breaks, claiming they have some "loophole". Staff spirit is low, gossip is rampant, and long-serving staff members were punished for expressing discontent.

None at all apart from a paycheck!

Extremely unorganised The organisation is not disability friendly to staff I believe the organisation's current operating model is making some service users' well-being worse and some previous staff members have also said this.
