Automation Anywhere Response
6yThank you for your thoughtful review. The say-do gap between values and actions can deeply injure morale, and we invite you to share specifics of these gaps with us via the internal surveys so that we can get that feedback to the right folks. The gap is unacceptable, and with your direct and explicit feedback, we *will* find out where it's happening and *will* make sure the feedback is taken seriously.
Regarding the information sharing comment -- we have some teams who are excellent at sharing information, and some that are not yet excellent. We're working to teach expectations for what good leadership looks like in this regard, and we're also implementing information sharing systems (Team Anywhere Intranet, MS Teams and a more rigorous, regular All Hands are all recent improvements) that have greatly increased sharing across the company. There's more to come here.
You're completely right to suggest that "corp speak" and "fluffy hazy visions" aren't acceptable communications approaches in the modern workplace. Please keep an eye on All Hands and share your feedback via the survey that comes out after each All Hands meeting. This feedback steers our content development and helps us hold leaders accountable to delivering real talk and real information.
