- CRO & CMO completely out of the depth and treat employees poorly. No ability to plan or lead – total chaos while chasing the competition.
- CHRO powerless. Lips service to employees – stands behind poor behavior of leadership.
- CEO needs to move on – allow a professional leader to right the ship. He is either completely oblivious to what is happening to his company or condones the behaviors of his leaders. Not sure which is worse. Multiple RIFs under the guise of COVID-19 is disgusting and cowardly approach to an overly aggressive hiring plan in 2019. CEO should be ashamed of himself for talking about double digit growth in the same sentence as RIFing double digit percentage of his employees.
