      1. For the time being, there are still some seasoned, talented leaders and their teams who are trying to make a difference. 2. This is a great place to work if you are an Indian male or one of a handful of men the CEO trusts.

      1. CEO and founders are not capable of running the company. 2. Capable leadership are being driven out. 3. The company is unlikely to survive unless the above changes.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
