Remote work is nice, pay is pretty good, and I love my supervisor and how honest I can be on my team.

Where do I even begin? The entire company is extremely chaotic and unprofessional, the CEO especially. We're misclassified as contractors when we're more like employees, and therefore have no legal rights. We're constantly paid late with no communication, and the company is always about to crash. There's no management on our team at all, no QA. And worst of all, most of our team isn't even doing their work and compromising care for clients and nothing has been done about this. My lazy coworkers get paid my same rate to show up and do NOTHING on shift.
