The CEO is a manipulative and malicious person who takes advantage of everyone he works with. He regularly gaslights people and guilt-trips them into doing unnecessary tasks that he considers more important than anything else they were working on, even when the entire leadership team disagrees with him. In addition to this, our paychecks are starting to get delayed, and the CEO has only addressed this issue once—just a day before payday! Even worse, the company has been deducting 401(k) contributions from employees, including myself, but the contributions from the last four pay periods have not been deposited into our 401(k) accounts, despite being taken out of our salaries. Lastly, we have a large team of contractors in the US and France who typically receive their paychecks five days late. However, this month it’s been 13 days, and they still haven’t been paid! When one of them complained about this in Slack, the CEO deleted their message. In short, stay away from this company.

super sketchy business practices. they let go of the guy i replaced a week before his wife was supposed to have a baby and didn’t give him pay. they have withheld my own pay and i got let go 3 months after joining as they were changing their strategy. they use their deaf mission to gaslight you into taking advantage of your customers.
