Decent benefits. Nice office. Some nice people
Cons
Very very cliquey. the company is clearly going to be consumed by Accenture and employees are told that there’s nothing to worry about, company is changing structure constantly and there are limited promotions and no pay rises. People won’t help you unless you’re in their inner circle seem to promote people who are pretty poor at their job but can network well. 3 ceos in 3 years I think that says it all really. Too many changes happening all at once. My career progression has been ruined and it’s just been a colossal waste of time here.
