Pros
- Lots of opportunities to grow - Nice shirts, bags and other merchandise - Some of the departments get new technologies to play with - Lunch-n-learns where you can get an idea of what other teams do - office space is pretty nice - salaries not very competitive
Cons
- Horrible knowledge transfer process - Departments are separated from each other - Managers create chaos by shuffling people around trying to cover all the gaps, one week here, two days there and so on. - People who are locked into one project don't have much opportunity to grow
