      Pros

      Simply the best place to work if you want to develop MS solutions. Good realtions with MS and Accenture give you lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      As with all big corps: Pay is probably less than in smaller shops. Big changes happening right now that are poorly communicated.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
