Avanade proved for the most part that they cared about their employees mental and wellbeing - we were often encouraged to take PTO, make sure we are mentally and physically healthy, and we’re proud of the work we created They also made sure to support their teams wherever they could in making sure that we have the resources to produce the best kind of work for the clients as much as we could
Cons
Honestly, they put you in silos and indirectly answer questions in times of need. During the current layoffs due to the market right now, they did not do well in supporting their employees and making them feel valued. every week it felt like people were getting chopped and no matter what you did to try and help yourself it didn’t really matter. I wish that they were more careful in that aspect.
