10yWe appreciate you for sharing honest feedback. We too, would prefer less variation the size of clinical documentation. As you can appreciate, not all coders are capable of the same productivity which is a key factor in "hourly wage". Our most productive coders earn much more than $25/hour. The good news is we listen to all feedback and if we can make change we will.
