Pros
Culture is outstanding and inclusive. For a company of this size to be operating out of the same playbook is a testament to the strength of character of the CEO and exec management teams. 401K + a pension? You wont get that anywhere else.
Cons
It's a huge company so navigating your network to achieve tasks takes some learning - is that really a con though?
