Poor management - AI Engineer Avodah Employee Review

Talented and respectful team who knows what they are doing. High speed and sometimes hard work. I enjoy a good challenge and the uniqueness of AvodahMed. This is by far my favorite job! I am trusted to do my work and able to bring ideas to the forefront with my team.

So far no cons. I honestly don't have anything to provide here.

None. The talent here is wasted.

Requirements flip-flop constantly with zero written record—no emails, no tickets, nothing to hold anyone accountable except the team doing the work. Previous agreements vanish into thin air, then you’re gaslit about what was “really” said. When the inevitable mess happens from these constant changes, blame gets weaponized downward in a blatant scapegoating tactic—especially around layoffs, where it feels like management sacrifices people to protect their own positions. This isn’t incompetence; it’s a calculated fear factory that destroys trust, burns people out, and chases away anyone capable. Pure survival mode over actual leadership. I’d give negative stars if possible.
