Their ambitions are sky-high while taking a realistic approach to project development. Avy has that energetic start-up feel and nurses a friendly and welcoming environment. Finally, the management structure is flat and transparent for all employees.

Nothing much to mention. The workload can occasionally spike for a small number of team members, but that is unavoidable in any kind of innovative tech company.
