      Pros

      Axtria is a great place for starters. Highly recommended for anyone joining from college. Great training and project work that gets you started in the big data and analytics market. The company is really fun with great culture and progressive smart people.

      Cons

      The company has limited work in areas outside of life sciences. If you don't want to work in this industry, this place is not for you.
