Extremely ambitious growth targets facilitating exciting development/professional opportunities and stretching targets.
Cons
Can be quite a tricky environment to settle in if unfamiliar with high performance/ high levels of autonomy type of working environment. The nature of the businesses fast pace and it can be at times a little stressful or pressured. Middle management can lack interpersonal/ management skills due to their strong analytical abilities.
