Pros
It's a great experience living and working in Saudi Arabia. The quality of life here is pretty good.
Cons
The salary package BAE Systems offers to it's expat professional and junior management grades is light years away from other major companies here. Also, the Saudi working with you or you are working for is invariably useless, so you get his work too!
