Practice consultants are nice people to get along with.
Cons
Managers has no brain and they keep staying there as they have no where else to go. People are disposable. No career. No training. No opportunity. Turn over rate should be more than 40% and capable people keep leaving as there is no point to stay at such a place, hence incapable people remain and hiring bunch of new, which further drives capable people out.
