BAE is very good company and great environment and team work.
Cons
You have schedule to choose as per your convenience 9/80 A 9/80 B or 10/40 means you can work 9 hrs a day and complete 40 hrs in week and take every alternative friday off. Or you can work 10 hrs a day and take every friday off. I really enjoy working at BAE Systems.
