      Good starting salary, good friendships and relationships with SOME employees, good prospects starting from shop floor

      Cons

      Dead-mans shoes (business is good at making team leaders from shop floor but not moving forwards after, ever increasing stress from above AND below, ever increasing workload without ever increasing help.
