Pros
Good people on the whole make for a great team environment. Interesting projects make door interesting work. Customer facing work is much less political than internal roles. New MD is a much needed breath of fresh air.
Cons
Most older parts of management get over fixated on spurious detail. Heavy handed reliance on bloated internal processes.
