Pros
Great Benefits, Great Career Opportunities expected at a big company, and overall interesting work. BAE does the classic Pros of a big company very well.
Cons
Just like the Pros of a big company are there, to advance in the company you still need to network, negotiate goals/salary, etc to advance. The structure of BAE does allow you do to that with in the company to leverage other locations' needs to further your goals so you don't need to necessarily test the open market if you hit a hurdle with a budget, boss, etc.
