* many opportunities open for you in career path if you have strong ambition in growing in terms of personal growth * very good benefit package provided for employees * focus on strengthening family bonds, which is to me a plus bonus * work-life balance policy is very good * diner and dance is super cool :)

The organization is big, so it is difficult for new employees get a whole grip better of the organization
