The people are absolutely wonderful. The company has great benefits and truly seems to practice what they preach. It is a company that still feels like it has a soul.
Cons
It's an enormous and global company. Sometimes one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing and things are not communicated clearly or take eons to move forward.
