- fast growing organization-lots of opportunities to learn and grow especially if you join as a junior. -there are 3 operational levels(F1-F3) , followed by the possibility to take over TL/Management positions in a few years -salaries as per the market rate-decent -good bonus(additional 1-2-3 salaries, depends on the performance and grade) -good perks -in same cases Acca/CIMA/PRINCE etc are paid by the organization -in general the environment is cool and friendly now depends on the department where you land in
Cons
-work life balance -don’t expect a feng shui life it’s a shared service , however this is how we all learn and develop new skills -HR policies -some managers are toxic, I’d recommend to speak with somebody from the team you want to join beforehand to learn more about the real environment
