We are growing very fast and a recent acquisition has been challenging (just like the last 4)
Every time we come through an acquisition and integrate the new business into the baycom culture, it takes 3 - 5 years to really stick. But, inevitably, it does stick.
Right now, our recent acquisition in Illinois is exactly where our prior acquisitions were - struggling with change to new systems, new culture, and the whole nine yards.
The employees in this office have no idea how much better things will get - these are just growing pains. If any employee at baycom chooses to work hard, treat other people with respect, and go above and beyond for our customers, they will be given every opportunity to grow. For me, I cam from a business that was sold to baycom and I've tested the waters elsewhere. No company out there is growing like this and has people I trust more. I guess I just turned a section on con's into pro's...just speaking my truth. I can't say enough good things about this place. It has changed my life.
