6yBBD leaders have been, and continue to be, an integral part of our business’ ability to deliver great software solutions to a range of clients year after year. BBD cares for its people and works hard to ensure there is a level of communication and support between everyone, while advancing each person’s career in the process. This includes access to any career-relevant training, whether it be online or classroom-based; an open door policy to discuss changes to projects which we then try and work with within normal business constraints; and access to the BBD community, which has loads of awesome people who are either starting out in their careers or have been at it for decades, all with great tech skills and a wealth of knowledge to share. And yes, we do have snacks and celebrate various milestones with parties, like most companies do. It’s not great to see a review like this, of course, so we clearly missed something here, but wish you the very best in future.
