Many managers and team leaders have a god complex and zero empathy for new people. You’re expected to know exactly where things are and where to go. Your work goes unappreciated. The bosses are besties with whoever tells them the gossip. They will lie about you and lie that there are no shifts and they will tell managers you aren’t available when you have told them otherwise. Many team leaders are shifty, bullies and invade privacy to get you in trouble. Been harassed by multiple men. Been harassed by a chemical and safety leader. Got replaced by a man who is less skilled because he is a man, I have heard this is the reasoning. My 7 months of tiring work was unappreciated and they didn’t tell me I didn’t work in my area anymore when they were standing there in the laundry room and waited ti publicly embarrass me.
