Some advancement opportunities if wanted

Very disorganized. Too much overhead.

Good culture, pay. Good location with plenty of employee parking.

Company was completely at the mercy of their parent company. We were sold off to another parent company with a really rough transition. Poor promotion incentives - those who were really good customer service types were promoted to management positions due to good KPI's but that doesn't mean you're a good manager etc.
