Pros

Best wifi network in office I've ever experienced, and I had to dig deep for that one.

Cons

Management is terrible and incompetent. You will work ridiculous hours since this business reports into the UK. In addition there are other very underperforming teams around the globe that need constant attention so you will work around the clock. Like others have noted the leadership and ethical standards of this company when it comes to paying employees and business decisions are very questionable. The way this company operates is appalling and I never imagined this was possible here in the US. You WILL not have any advancement opportunities if you are not from the UK or haven't figured out some way to win them over and 'allow' you an opportunity. They constantly export UK talent over to fill higher level opportunity gaps and subsequently create a leadership mess in terms of getting things done the American way. This is evident with the recurring frequency of underperformance. They employ desperate non-repeatable tactics to report abysmal results. You cannot cripple a business through cost containment and very poor strategy and execution year after year and expect growth. This is their playbook. In addition they like to reshuffle the chairs of the Titanic believing internal reorganizations will drive growth. This company is in trouble and I only gave it one star because I had to by default. I wouldn't recommend this company to the elephant in the circus.

Pros

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Cons

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
