      The company is mostly Chinese, but the work culture (at least for the team in Hong Kong) is quite lax. Expectations aren't that high, not a lot of pressure. People are nice and easygoing. Everyone gets to leave on time.

      Cons

      Company is a bit disorganized/fragmented. Not a lot of structure anywhere, not a lot of clear philosophy or direction from the management.

      The working environment at Btcc makes people feel comfortable, The communication between the teams is very timely. I think this should be the fundamental reason for maximizing the company's work efficiency.

      Cons

      The company is in a fiercely competitive market and is facing challenges from competitors in the same industry. I think the company needs to strengthen market research.

      - Unpaid overtime work. - CEO knows nothing about how to run a company. You may hear he's barking at employees every single day.
