This company had fantastic staff about two years ago. It was a positive and diverse place with a fantastic outlook for growth! I used to be excited to go to work and loved this job. In the last year, we have lost so many executives and lay offs are around every corner. There are always emails and messages reminding us not to talk to the press about what is going on. We were informed we would no longer be getting bonuses. Our managers no longer communicate with us. Our job roles have changed and if we don't go along with it...we can choose to leave. Our contracts are not honored. It's really sad.
