1. The CEO and his other C-level employees don't deserve to be in those positions. 2. They wiped out the laptops of emplyees without informing them about any layoff. Once the laptops are cleaned, only employees realize that they were laid off. They did not even have the courtesy to send an email regarding termination. 3. The CEO ran away during the tough time.
