Comfortable role with few issues - Anonymous employee Backbase Employee Review

Working here is comfortable. Speed of your job really depends on the clients. Job scope is narrower than at other companies, as testing is usually done by QAs. Very flexible work arrangements, bosses do not chase you to start or end at certain timing, as long as you are available when you need to be, and do your work properly. Nice and helpful colleagues work-wise > 10/10. Due to demographic variances, you will not form super close bonds with most, but life here is very drama free.
