Pros
Great place to work with friends. The community created is inviting and fun. You feel welcome to be in the office. the MSP marketplace is getting bigger, so your quotas are easily met and you feel like your job is doable. More products being added to the portfolio all the time, so you can always have something new to sell.
Cons
Sometimes hard work goes unnoticed. Pay is not as comparable as it is to Boston down the road.
