Pros
Current CEO and his estaff treat the company like family. Strict "no a-holes" policy. Great SaaS products, company has spent the past five plus years transforming from a fast follower to a leader, and happy customers and partners validate that.
Cons
Brand still has legacy appliance/SMB baggage associated with it. Pay has gotten better but still isn't great.
