Pros

I love my job at Baxter. I enjoy finding and realising opportunities and I'm encouraged and supported all the way along. My boss is great and there is no micro management. I am congratulated heartily on my wins and commiserated on my losses. I work in a stable supportive team. I genuinely love my job.

Cons

Some issues with territory but these are being looked into with view to resolution.

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
