Pros
It use to be good management and culture almost 4 years back but with lots of changes of management, there is lot of politics within top level. There is not even single good top management level person who can be dependable, people keep throwing balls from room to another and needs to learn to work in partnering. Poor work life balance
Cons
Incompetent leadership with no risk taking ability, lacks futuristic vision, people with good words are appreciated more than hard workers, poor increment cycle. Very weak HR
