We are grunts. Hired labor. That’s it. Zero incentive. Zero bonus. Embarrassingly low pay increases. It’s insulting that leadership pretends manual labor employees are not impacted by inflation.

*Zero to little training.
*Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion.
*Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career.
*Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation.
*Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished.
*6 day workweeks constantly
*No direct support from management.
*Shortage of people in all departments.
