Managers will walk around watching you every 10 mins or so.
1st shift vs 2nd shift sabotage.
Bathroom breaks are strictly counted and watched, management wants you to only take them during break time.
Start and end times are strictly watched okay if you punch in early for work (7mins) not.okay if you punch out 1min early.
No room for advancement. Hiring like crazy, people are dismissed for challenging management like asking why any of the cons on the list are necessary.
They are splitting the business to make a secondary independent company.
