There are great people here, who really care about your growth and understanding of what the company is all about. There are many opportunities for growth. They also work with you if you happen to come up on a situation at home. I love this place
Cons
There could be more diversity here. There is nothing to do in the areas around this location. You have to go to Charlotte if you like the city scene, or Asheville if you like the hippie/beer type scene
