Pros
Very flexible working hours. Only need to go to office twice a week, or even less, even before pandemic if you can manage your work at home. Amazing compensation considering the yearly RSU. Many locations of offices so you can choose one which is convenient for you. Very supportive on employees' self-learning.
Cons
Core team of a study is usually mixed with team members from different regions. Time difference is the major difficulty for the team to work together. PhD level employees do not get to contribute in the PhD level due to insufficient support from supporting departments.
