Pros

20 percent employee discount and paid holidays and vacation

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Too many presales, too high of goals, capture emails, capture phone numbers, call customers, sit customers down...it's NEVER good enough for them...always chastised for SOMETHING. Too many high expectations.....hard workers get no rewards, lazy one's get away with laziness and smoke breaks. Everyone ends up with the same 30 cent raise no matter how hard you work. Your year end review is set up for that 30 cent measly raise. No matter how perfect you are in making goals, wearing dress code/uniform, being on time, not being wrote up, dedication and years in the company.....it doesn't matter. I had an elite sales award from my brand and the only counter with an increase for a year and got the same raise as someone that had a huge deficit at her counter, takes two fifteen minutes smoke breaks every hour!!! Management needs training. Most are unprofessional. I was told from a rating of 1 to 5 on parts of my review, that the company NEVER gives a 5 on anything. You can wear your uniform everyday, have manicured hands, full face makeup on and shined shoes and still get a 4.... because the review is set up for low raises. BECAUSE YoUR NEVER GOOD ENOUGH AND THEY DON'T VALUE GOOD EMPLOYEES!!!

Pros

I loved my job. I’m met so many wonderful people. And the associates couldn’t have been better.

Cons

I hurt myself and had to have surgery, and I was on Worker’s Comp. with limited availability. Because hours were short in operations, they made up this crazy position and wanted me to be ”lead” of the markdown team. I knew that meant for the most part to do go backs. I told them I wasn’t allowed to be on my feet that long and so she said they couldn’t accommodate me and I had to leave. And then the manager had the nerve to call their workers comp and told them I wasn’t coming into work. The management at that time was horrible. But there was a time when I first started working there that to store manager, and the assistant manager were wonderful. We were all so sad they left, but it didn’t take this new manager that I was talking about any time at all to lose almost the entire store associates.
