Working at Belk I make 11$ it’s still under paid. When you have over 200$ coming out for heath benefits you still sit with less the 600$ to make bills with. Hours are always less then 40. They work you like your a Horse. The never Appreciate what you do do for the store or better yet get you to work harder. You always feel as if you can never move up and your stuck. They Acknowledge the ones who’s bring down the store more then taking care of the prob all because they are Senior employees almost like they are afraid of them. Associates Are cleaning and putting Fright out. That is what house keeping and the receiving team is for hire more if needed. Family emergency doesn’t matter to them. They seem to think that belk comes before life.
