A few genuinely supportive colleagues who make teamwork bearable. The benefits are good within the company Occasionally, interesting projects that break up the routine.

Cons

Toxic work culture: The environment often feels tense, critical, and unsupportive. Communication is inconsistent, and there’s a noticeable lack of trust between management and staff. Poor leadership and unclear direction: Managers often make changes to processes without informing the wider team, creating confusion and frustration. Lack of recognition or fair compensation: Extra responsibilities (such as covering other roles) are expected without a contract update or pay review. Unfair delegation: Certain employees are informally expected to train or guide others, despite not being in management roles. Micromanagement and blame culture: Mistakes are highlighted, but achievements are ignored. Feedback is often not taken seriously. Emotional strain: The stress of unclear expectations and shifting priorities creates an unhealthy atmosphere that affects mental wellbeing.

Pros

-team leads and managers are great -other employees are hard working

Cons

-no promotions -will go ages with no raises -HR and payroll could care less and has an extremely slow response time -benefits package is awful -constantly make payroll and scheduling mistakes -informed them when starting that I was unable to work overnight shifts....and that's what they scheduled me for -stated I would get paid one thing and then entered it incorrectly for the first two months -did not deduct any taxes from paychecks -provided a raise for one year, then reduced it due to them entering it incorrectly, only workplace I have ever worked that has not honored a mistake on their part
