      Pros

      Excellent onsite services, free parking, great kitchen and up-to-date facilities and office supplies. Offers a flexible working from home system

      Cons

      They tend to promote externally rather than use in house members - in situations where internal staff are promoted it seems to be less based on qualifications/work ethic/statistics and more so on how close they are with upper management

      Pros

      They offer great benefits for all employees. They also have nice perks (e.g. they pay for parking and provide lunch everyday).

      Cons

      They pay staff below market rate and rarely give raises. You have to go into the office every day.
